Heh Vegeta's wish.
Rules for wishing:
1. you can't wish for any more than a 1500 pl increase.
2.you can't wish for more than 2 moves.
3.you can't wish for more than a 60 more status points.
4.you can't wish to kill anyone.
5.you can't wish for more than 1 item per wish.
